Cancel Xmas Or Just Monitor The Renters?

Guys i'm in a sticky situation. Put down some cheap carpet last month and got more likely deadbeats moving in. They move in tonight and i think they will have some sort of party because they wanted to move in by the 23rd. This stinks because don't want their deadbeat friends wrecking it. Thanks.
