Help renting Dartmouth duplex please

I own half of a Duplex in a desirable part of Dartmouth (Ancona Place) which becomes available start December. It is a 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom 2-story semi (1570 square feet) with small deck and garden. Please could you provide suggestions in terms of:
1) How much can I rent it for? I cannot find any similar properties for rent in the area so do not have a good comparison.
2) Where should I advertise it for rent (eg Kijiji.ca)?

I am a novice landlord with just this property in the HRM area. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
