The N4 is pure intimidation, you don't have to move! LLs use this paper work to intimidate & threaten. Don't be afraid!

The evil "buck a beer and screw the poor" Ford government has changed these N4 forms to look "so scary" when they are not, it's just pure bullying and intimidation of young people, new immigrants and the working and middle class.

1. You have 14 days to pay.

2. If you don't pay the landlord has to pay for a "Hearing" that now takes at least 5 months. They can't evict you with out a Hearing.

3. You don't have to pay a cent until the "Hearing" and your landlord cannot harass you or you call the cops

And if they gave you the N4 you can leave at any time before your Hearing date because the "landlords told you to pay or leave" AND THE LANDLORD CAN'T CHASE YOU FOR THE 5 OR 6 OR 12 MONTHS OF RENT YOU OWE THEM BECAUSE THEY TOLD YOU TO GO!
