Even if you get the form from Ontario Works signed it is my experience that the tenant can go to the case worker and revoke the agreement at any time. Sometimes the landlord is notified but not always.

I would also say that it is very unfortunate that there are a few bad apples that spoil it for the majority. I have had Ontario works and ODSP recipients as tenants found them to be no better and no worse than the average tenant.
