1. New builds have no rent cap

2. Tenant applications are dead due to fake delays

3. No help for small landlords who have to go face to face with renters and not have a property manager to deal with the heat

4. Ministry only talks to big money corporate 'dough' pool party lobbyists.

5. Fake media attacks small landlords but won't touch big corporate landlords.
