Hi all. I rent my basement to a guy who move in Feb 1st. He is quiet and it's nice to have my mortgage covered.
The pronlem is the smell coming from downstairs. It's not smoke, but the smell of curry and it eal. It bothes me and smells like a combo of piss and sperm.
Please advise.
