This is perhaps something you capitalists and we Marxists can come together to fight for. The Landlord Board should focus on a variety of issues for Tenants and landlords. However, it clearly now has only one goal: raising rents for 'improvements'.

This is perhaps something you capitalists and we Marxists can come together to fight for. The Landlord Board should focus on a variety of issues for Tenants and landlords. However, it clearly now has only one goal: raising rents for 'improvements'.
