Hi all, I hope everyone is having stress-free and peaceful holidays.
I am looking at the Form 2229E - the standard residenial tenancy agreement our beloved government requires landlords to use.
I know we can add to it. What are the important things to add? What additional provisions can landlords make?
I would appreciate any advice and information. Thanks in advance!
