Are you a tenant outside of Toronto?
Are you being bullied or harassed by your small landlord?
Do they have more than 1 property?
IT'S MORTGAGE FRAUD AND YOU NEED TO MAKE THEM PAY.
Not only will their mortgage broker cousin get JAILED and LOSE THEIR LICENCE, the dominoes of the landlord fraud landlords who faked income will all come down leading to CRIMINAL CHARGES against these income fraud landlords.

90% of small landlords are guilty of mortgage fraud. Especially the loud mouth hicks in Ontario.
From an economic standpoint, lying on a mortgage application also puts you at serious risk of getting into financial trouble
Tenants you can report them!
Nail them for their mortgage fraud.
