This is just going to push all landlords to get "payment plans" at all costs!

1. you get them to sign a payment plan and can evict fast

2. you don't have they might not pay for a year or more

This is going to lead to bullying and intimidation by landlords who are desperate!

Yes, and it is very telling that there is absolutely no media coverage on this and tenants are blind to what is truly going on, these nefarious dealings, behind the scenes.

We need to shine a bright spot lot of this!

And we can't forget the massive mortgage fraud many 'small' landlords commit to buy their properties. This is illegal and will lead to them serving jail time.

To be honest this "184" thing is pretty scary. I have a great landlord for a long time but I can see how this could really stop tenants from getting their legal rights.
