Why are landlords allowed to demand hard working tenants must pay first months rent AND last months rent? It doesn't make sense because it what other business are you allowed to demand money for something you are not offering at that time.
Sure landlords can charge "first" because tenants are using that space. But why last? It just guarantees landlords extra money for something they are not offering at that time.
It's just not fair and needs to change!
Paying "first AND last" months rent is unfair!
