Due the the influence of this forum the entire landlord industry changed. This led to many opportunists to try to makes quick money. They thought it would be so easy!

The market was already flooded just like weed stores being on every block. Now you add the fact that the rental market has slowed down with rents going down and high interest rates and mortgages rising..

It's going to be a bloodbath with several greedy dreamers shutting down.

Those still around are struggling to offer anything to make some money like 'rent insurance' or 'property management' LOL.

Others run like Ponzi schemes needing more and more volume to try to keep begging for cash from investors to pay their own rent.

So who is next?
