Protests Will Backfire - Ford Admin. Is Already Totally Aware Of The Problem, This Could Help Tenants Stop Bill 184

I don't know why so many small landlords think they are smarter than everyone else. Reality is the Ford admin. is totally aware of the problems landlords face.

Read that again: they are already totally 100% aware.

They face the reality that there are more renters than landlords, means more voters. The corporate landlords are in the same boat. And many other businesses are shut down.

So while every landlord should be focused (and helping) get Bill 184 passed you have a bunch of self-proscribed heroes doing exactly the wrong thing.

This protest is going to be small and it's unorganized. The general public doesn't care about us and never have because we are investors, just like people who buy stocks or gold.

Is this a set up? Is the 48 hours to prep protest run by tenant activists who give weak interviews to Citynews and are purposely making us look needy and greedy to the general public who don't care?

And this will give the tenant activists just more ammunition to try to stop Bill 184 which really is the The Landlord Protection Act (if any of these 'protest organizers' even know what Bill 184 is).

The real focus needs to be on Bill 184 and this is threatening it if the public falls for the 'oh poor tenants' theme over the "oh poor landlords" theme.
