The so-called "delays" to get a date at the landlord and Tenant board are false and overblown. They are no different than the time frames for other social justice tribunals.

However, it has self-righteous and whiny "cry for me" small landlords screaming like little bi*ches and making noise in the pro-landlord media such as the Toronto Star and the CBC.

IF IT'S SO BAD WHY DON'T YOU JUST SELL WHINY BI*TCH LANDLORDS?! YOU ARE NOT IMPORTANT AND WILL BE REPLACED BY A CHINESE INVESTOR.

This is all part of the landlords plan working closely with the Ford government to create so much media 'gas' with their 'complaints' and "oh I'm losing tens of thousands of dollars, cry cry cry " bullsh*t.

They are setting up the public for huge changes at in the process at the landlord and Tenant board to TAKE AWAY TENANT RIGHTS.
