The special interest groups seem to get alot of media attention these days. They almost always make it worse for the people they advocate for. Has Acorn or any other group made it better for tenants? Has affordability and supply improved? The current environment is chasing any existing or would be investors out which has created a housing shortage. Unfortunately most people aren't smart enough to see that.
