HELP! Is it time to lower my rent?

#1 Unread post by 22yearoldlandlord » June 24th, 2025, 1:17 pm

I still haven't rented out for July 1! And I have a mortgage!!!
Inflation unchanged at 1.7% in May as rental price growth slowed.
