Purchased the LTB paperwork to use for rental agreement, etc. For my address, I can just use a POBox to be on the safe side.
For Credit checks, I will go with your suggestions and use Rentcheck. Just called and they seem very helpful.
Regarding insurance, I was not aware some renters would show you proof and then scrap it(good info)...how do I make it a condition in the lease that they hv it through tenancy?
Saw some comments regarding Cannabis. My unit is a non smoking one. How do you prevent them from growing? Is there a need for mentioning it in the lease?
Reading your comments, PDC seem the best option. What if security deposit chq bounces back?
