Dear Landlord,
My family was in a nightmare who has fabricated his bank statement, false credit report and payroll and end up with no NSF check from the first month. His is a independent contractor, I have bought him to the landlord and tenant board, but I think it is impossible to get any money back if I win the case. Due to the unfair rules in the landlord and tenant board. I could do nothing against him except for waiting. I will be suffering more than 20,000 dollar loss and tons of pain night and day. Should I looking to evict him out by ourselves. I am wondering that can he break back in if I lock him out? Urgently need help, please advise. Thanks so much
