N5 notice

Hello, I gave an N5 notice to a tenant in August for aggressive behaviour towards another tenant. I just got a complaint from another tenant indicating that she is smoking weed.
Can I give another N5 notice for this?
Would this be considered a second N5 notice in 6 months, and now I can go towards eviction?
