The Tenant heroes have the right intentions. But they should be clever and not just reply on shaming and group/mass defense. The new wave is coming and there will be a bigger lockdown soon. Use the legal system.

This is why Tenants must be helped to get "in person" Hearings.

Why isn't this happening?

Current Tenant actions are too Toronto-centric, although well-intentioned and helpful.
