It’s just a way for landlords to try to trick you , evict you, and raise rents to new tenants
And it is illegal It’s fraud! And you can nail them! You can fight back!
I SAY THEY ARE ALL FAKE.
THEY JUST WANT YOU TO GET THE F**K SO THEY CAN CHARGE SUPER HIGH RENTS.
FIGHT THEM AND YOU WILL WIN.
TENANTS NEED TO SEE THIS AS CONFRONTATIONAL INDUSTRY...CLASS WAR...AND FIGHT BACK AND WIN! (AND YOU WILL WIN!!!!!)

You are right. It's so unlikely anyone would want to move into a rental that is already occupied by tenants. Tenants need to challenge every one of these types of applications you get in Ontario.

Exactly.
This is why if Tenants challenge the application you will win because you are facing a fraudulent application.
